(SGPT) it’s the middle ground between 1 to 1 Coaching and large group classes. With a max of 4 people per session, you get a much higher level of coaching than if you were in a larger class. No one gets lost in the background.
It’s a far more affordable price than 1 to 1 coaching.
Sessions will be programmed and adapted to fit your ability and fitness level, wherever that is.
You’ll be part of a small but motivated group to help achieve your goals.
It’s more than just working up a sweat and burning some calories. The sessions will be programmed to ensure progression in your strength and fitness. Working to be better each time you step into the gym.
SGPT is a 30 day course where you will receive 12 group Training sessions, based on 3 session’s per week. A full body stat analysis and a nutrition plan.

In addition to our renowned group training experience, STU-NIQUE FITNESS also offers 1 to 1 personal training. Whether you’re new to the world of physical fitness, have very specific goals that require a customized approach, are chronically injured, or simply prefer the individualized attention of a personal trainer, we provide unparalleled results. Personal Training is inclusive of a body composition/stats assessment and Nutritional support. This service is by appointment only.

This is a perfect blend of energy system development and functional movement under load. Building your capacity to maintain postural integrity through a range of fundamental movement patterns under fatigue.
Our heat classes will get you fit and burn calories, focusing on your cardiovascular development.
Programmed around Erg machines, including, bike, row, ski and assault bike.
Week on week we will work to develop all the energy systems – aerobic, anaerobic and a-lactic. This is the best class to burn calories and get a great sweat on without lifting weights. We also include bodyweight and core movements to help increase muscular endurance and tone.
